What we design, print, and install

The right interior branding solution depends on the surface, the space, and how the environment is used day to day. Since each project is different, we specify materials and installation methods for each job rather than applying a standard spec to everything.

Wall graphics

Wall graphics and large-format murals

Bold brand graphics for feature walls, open-plan spaces, corridors, and stairwells. Because large format requires precise colour management, we check against your brand guidelines before anything goes to print.

  • Wide-format printing on wall vinyl
  • PMS and RAL colour-matched to your brand guidelines
  • Clean installation with no visible joins or bubbles
  • Removable options available for leased spaces
Wayfinding

Wayfinding and directional signage

Helps visitors, staff, and contractors navigate your space without needing to ask. Since wayfinding also covers accessibility requirements, we design to meet relevant standards and can coordinate across multi-floor and multi-site environments.

  • Room identification and floor directories
  • Directional arrows and zone markers
  • Accessible formats including contrast and font sizing
  • Consistent across single-site and multi-site estates
Reception signage

Reception and lobby branding

The first thing visitors see when they arrive, so it needs to be right. Rather than generic cut-vinyl lettering, we build reception features that sit at the correct scale for the space and match your current brand identity.

  • Built-up dimensional lettering
  • Printed and vinyl brand graphics
  • Branded feature walls for receptions and boardrooms
  • Sized and positioned to suit the architecture
Glass film

Frosted and manifestation glass film

Building regulations require manifestation on glass at specific heights, so this is often a compliance requirement as much as a branding decision. We install graphics that meet the standard while also working as a branded design element rather than a plain frosted band.

  • Building regulation-compliant manifestation
  • Branded patterns and logo integration
  • Privacy and solar control film options
  • Applied to partitions, doors, and external glazing
Floor graphics

Floor graphics and floor branding

Used for wayfinding, branded entrances, safety demarcation, and retail promotions. Because floor surfaces vary, we specify slip-rated overlaminates for each substrate so the installation is safe, durable, and fit for the environment.

  • Slip-rated overlaminates as standard
  • Compatible with hard floors, carpet, and tiles
  • Wayfinding, safety zones, and brand graphics
  • Short-term and long-term specification options
Office environments

Branded office environments and values walls

Mission statements, company values, and brand narratives printed at scale. Since these installations are used daily under artificial light, we use materials that hold their colour and finish without fading over time.

  • Values and culture wall installations
  • Brand story, timeline, and heritage graphics
  • Combined motivational and wayfinding displays
  • Coordinated across open-plan and zoned spaces

What to look for in an interior branding supplier

Most interior branding problems come down to the same issues. So here is where we focus.

Brand accuracy, clean installation, no surface damage

Interior branding sits in spaces your team and visitors use every day, so the finish matters more than it might on a temporary outdoor board. Poor colour matching, peeling edges, or visible joins reflect directly on the brand you’re trying to present.

  • Colour accuracy checked before print, because colour drift at large format is common and expensive to correct after installation.
  • Surface compatibility assessed before specification, so the right adhesive and laminate is used for each substrate rather than a one-size-fits-all approach.
  • Installation scheduled around your building access, which means we work around operating hours, phased occupancy, or contractor programmes without disrupting your team.
  • One team from design through to installation, rather than separate suppliers for print, delivery, and fitting with no single point of accountability.
  • Removable and non-destructive options for leased spaces, so you can update branding without leaving adhesive damage when the tenancy ends.

How an interior branding project works

A straightforward process that works whether you’re branding a single boardroom or rolling out across a whole estate. Since every space is different, we confirm surface types and access requirements before specification begins.

1

Space survey and scope

Send photos of the spaces, surface types, and rough dimensions. We confirm what’s feasible and flag any surface or access considerations upfront, because it’s easier to address these before the specification is agreed.

2

Specification and quote

We specify materials, print methods, and installation requirements so you get a detailed quote with a clear price. Not a ballpark figure that shifts when the job starts.

3

Artwork approval

We produce artwork proofs for your sign-off, and colour accuracy is checked against your brand guidelines before anything goes to print. This is where changes are straightforward and cost nothing to make.

4

Print and installation

Production and fitting by the same team, so installation is scheduled around your building access. One point of contact from brief to handover, with no surprises on site.

Common interior branding projects

The situations businesses typically come to us with. If yours isn’t listed, get in touch and we’ll confirm whether we can help.

New office fit-out or relocation

Brand the new space before staff arrive. Since fit-out programmes have tight handover windows, we schedule installation to fit your contractor programme rather than the other way round.

Corporate rebrand rollout

Replacing existing interior graphics to reflect a new brand identity, colour-accurate from your brand guidelines. The process is managed to minimise disruption to the working environment.

Retail or hospitality refurbishment

Refreshing the in-store or in-venue brand experience. Whether it’s a single flagship or a rollout across multiple sites, we coordinate delivery and installation so the standard matches everywhere.

Property development show suites

Interior branding that supports the sale. Because first impressions drive decisions in show suites, the finish and installation quality matter as much as the design itself.

Glass manifestation for building compliance

Glass partitions and doors require manifestation at the correct heights to meet building regulations. We install compliant graphics that also work as a branded design element, so compliance and aesthetics don’t conflict.

Multi-site interior signage refresh

Updating interior branding across a managed property estate or retail portfolio. Since consistency matters across every location, we coordinate delivery and installation so the standard matches site to site.

Your questions answered

What facilities managers, fit-out teams, and brand managers typically ask us before getting in touch.

About your specification

Can you match our brand guidelines and Pantone colour references?

Yes. Send your brand guidelines, Pantone or RAL references before we go to print and we’ll match to specification. For critical brand colours, a physical proof or approved colour swatch works better than relying on screen references, because screen-to-print colour variation can be significant at large format.

Do your glass graphics meet building regulations for manifestation?

Yes. Building regulations require manifestation on glass at 850mm to 1000mm and 1400mm to 1600mm from the floor. We install compliant graphics at the correct heights, so the installation meets the standard while also reflecting your brand rather than a plain frosted band.

Can you install interior branding across multiple sites?

Yes. We can coordinate installation across multiple locations so each site is completed to the same standard. Send us your site list and any phased rollout requirements and we’ll build the programme around your priorities.

About the project process

What surfaces can interior graphics be applied to?

Most interior surfaces, including painted walls, plasterboard, glass, hard floors, carpet, and timber. Since surface compatibility affects adhesive and laminate choice, we assess the substrate before specifying materials rather than applying a standard spec to every job.

Will interior graphics damage walls or surfaces when removed?

Not if the right materials are specified upfront. We offer removable and repositionable vinyls for leased spaces or temporary applications, so you can update branding without leaving adhesive residue or surface damage when the time comes.

What’s the lead time for an interior branding project?

It depends on scope and complexity. Smaller installations move quickly once artwork is approved, while larger fit-outs or multi-site rollouts take longer to programme. Tell us your deadline and we’ll tell you whether it’s achievable and what we’d need to make it work.

Which areas do you cover for installation?

We cover Essex, Cambridgeshire, Suffolk, Norfolk, Hertfordshire, and London. For multi-site projects that extend beyond this area, get in touch, because programme size and scope affect what we can accommodate.
